I Have No Idea...

I have always heard, "Life is short..." maybe now I've just started to listen. The heart wants what the heart wants and it won't let go. I really have no idea what I'm doing. I'm out here, working a job, living a life, loving my kids, trying to find joy. I think I know what I want, but then I question it. Maybe I just need to focus? I don't know anything, really...

8-15-2021, I am happily living in a higher end condo. My kids have successful careers and happy families of their own. We travel to Italy, England and France quite often. I am in love, happy and relaxed. I have a successful career and hope to retire soon.

A New Kind of Anniversary

It's been one year now. One official year of being newly divorced. Am now just, Divorced. Ugh. Was married for 28 years. Am still sad at times. It's lonely. I look forward to the weekends but by the time Monday rolls around I look forward to going back to work.

Breakfast

I love breakfast. I have a picture of myself at Grandma Betty's table one morning, fried eggs and toast. Yum. When mom would buy a box of Corn Pops it was all I could do to get to sleep at night, only to be able to get right up the next morning and have a bowl of those Corn Pops. I am still that excited today when I bring home the box of Corn Pops, except there's no waiting until the next morning.

Truth in Advertising

Here is a can of newly opened Cheetos crunchy. Can you believe it? They sell this big container of snacks and that's all that was in there. The front does say 4.75 oz, this is the biggest misleading in packaging of a product and a waste of packaging. Shame on you FritoLay.
